Earn points

How Helpful Points are earned in three tiers, build your flame level and can't be spent. About 1 min 5 s, with your turn to try.

  1. Helpful Points, or HP, show how much you've helped. Open Points to see yours.
  2. This is your total. It counts approved contributions, answered questions and real sales.
  3. There are three tiers. Low-tier points for information: specs, reviews, videos, answers and social links that help shoppers decide.
  4. Medium-tier points for referrals and leads: bringing people in: someone who joins and opens a store, or a lead.
  5. And high-tier points for a sale made through your store or your links.
  6. Helpful Points build your flame level, from Spark to Pro, Max, Ultra and Blaze.
  7. Your turn. Tap Blaze to see what the top level takes.
  8. Your flame shows on your store, so shoppers can see your track record at a glance.
  9. One thing to remember: Helpful Points can't be spent or withdrawn. They're your reputation, not a balance.
