Clear answers about joining, Helpful Points and programme access.
Yes. The academy and getting-started guide are public. Lessons and quizzes work without an account. Progress is saved in this browser when storage is available; it is not synced to an account and does not award rewards.
Choose an open mission that matches your experience, follow its brief, provide original evidence and respond to reviewer feedback. Only approved account activity awards HP. Reading lessons, clicking links or repeating a submission does not automatically award points.
No. HP determine your Igniter level and have no monetary value. Shopping points can provide FUSE credit on eligible orders when redemption is enabled. Cash is a separate reward offered only where an explicit funded campaign and account eligibility permit it.
When redemption is available, 100 shopping points equal €1 of FUSE credit. Checkout confirms what an eligible basket can use. Read the reward basics.
These public lessons are free to use and do not start a paid subscription. A paid FUSE membership is a separate product; review its current price and benefits before subscribing.
Open Forge Council in the Igniter workspace. An organiser must publish the actual meeting and approve your council membership before the private video link and attendance controls appear. Active Igniters can suggest topics for review. A subscription does not buy council access.
Learning is available independently of programme participation. Applications, stores, missions and financial features have separate availability and eligibility requirements. Your workspace and checkout show what is available to your account.
