Igniter · Schedule A

Igniter equipment seller terms

The rules for selling your own used equipment through an Igniter store on FUSE: what you can list, how a sale works, what FUSE charges, and when and how you are paid.

Last updated: October 2026 · version 2026-10-equipment-v2

Draft for review. These terms are not yet in force and cannot be accepted until FUSE publishes them.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you, the Igniter seller, and YOT LTD (trading as FUSE, company C93877, VAT MT26786902, 31, Triq l-Imdina, H'Attard ATD9039, Malta). They are Schedule A of the Igniter Programme Terms, which also apply to everything you sell, including the promises about your items, payouts and holdbacks, liability, personal data, suspension, changes and the law. The FUSE Terms of Service apply too. If they conflict, this schedule applies to equipment you sell.

You accept these terms in Settings → Rewards → Store → Equipment payments. This is version 2026-10-equipment-v2. When FUSE changes them in substance it publishes a new version, and buyers cannot check out your equipment until you accept it.

2. Who can sell

  • You must be 18 or older and confirm your date of birth before a store or listing can go live.
  • You must be an active Igniter member with a FUSE store that is not paused.
  • You must set up payouts with Stripe, FUSE's payment provider, and pass its identity and bank checks. FUSE creates your Stripe account for you when you select Set up payouts; Stripe's own terms also apply to it.
  • One payout account per seller. FUSE does not move a store's sales to someone else's account.

3. Your equipment and your listings

  • You may only list equipment you own outright and have the right to sell, free of finance, leases, liens or employer or customer ownership.
  • Every listing needs at least one real photo of the item, and you confirm ownership and condition when you submit it. Describe the condition honestly (new, used or refurbished), including faults, missing parts, wear and any licence that does or does not transfer.
  • FUSE reviews every equipment listing before it goes on sale and may ask for changes or refuse it. A changed listing goes back for review, and changing the price needs a new delivery quote.
  • Keep the quantity accurate. Do not sell the same unit elsewhere while it is listed on FUSE.

4. What you cannot sell

FUSE screens every store and listing automatically and refuses text in these categories. Listing them, or disguising them, can close your store:

  • Anything that sexualises or exploits children
  • Adult or sexual content and products
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives and weapon accessories (including tasers, pepper spray and airsoft)
  • Drugs, controlled substances and prescription medicines
  • Counterfeit, replica, stolen or pirated goods, cracked software and licence keys you have no right to sell
  • Hate or extremist content
  • Live animals, wildlife products and human body parts
  • Gambling products and services
  • Tobacco, nicotine and vaping products

You also may not list anything that is illegal to sell in Malta or in the buyer's country, recalled or unsafe.

5. How a sale works

Under the current equipment programme, FUSE sells the equipment to the buyer and buys it from you at the agreed purchase amount. The buyer pays FUSE; FUSE issues the buyer's invoice and handles the payment, refunds and consumer rights. [FUSE to confirm: this section changes if finance adopts a marketplace (agent) model; see the VAT decision brief.]

  1. FUSE approves your listing and reviews delivery or collection for it.
  2. FUSE offers you a delivery quote: who ships (you, FUSE, or the buyer collects), the service, the handling time and your purchase amount per unit. Checkout can only offer a quote you have accepted. You may decline a quote you have not accepted.
  3. The buyer pays. Do not hand over or ship anything until your order shows the payment as confirmed.
  4. Prepare collection, or ship within the agreed handling time. If you ship, book the agreed service and record the carrier and tracking number on the order. If the listing is Fulfilled by FUSE, FUSE ships the stock it holds. Before any device leaves you, wipe your personal data and accounts and remove activation locks.
  5. The buyer confirms delivery or collection in their account.

You may cancel an order, with a reason, until it is dispatched or collected. A paid order you cancel is refunded to the buyer in full.

6. Commission and fees

Your purchase amount is the selling price less FUSE's commission for your Igniter status at the time the quote is approved:

  • Spark: 15%
  • Pro: 12%
  • Max: 9%
  • Ultra: 6%
  • Blaze: 3%

When FUSE stores and ships your stock (Fulfilled by FUSE), a handling fee of 5% of the selling price is also deducted [FUSE to confirm the current rate in Programme settings]. Commission is rounded down and the handling fee up, to the cent. The quote shows the exact amount before you accept it. FUSE pays the card processing fees. If you arrange delivery, you also receive the agreed delivery charge to pay the carrier.

7. Tax and VAT

You are responsible for your own income tax and, if you are VAT registered, for charging and accounting for VAT on what you sell to FUSE and for giving FUSE a valid VAT invoice. Tell FUSE whether you are VAT registered before you accept a quote; the quote states the VAT included in your purchase amount.

[FUSE finance to confirm: treatment of sellers who are not VAT registered, the second-hand margin scheme and any seller self-billing arrangement.]

8. Returns

Buyers can return equipment within the return period FUSE publishes for the equipment programme, and consumers keep any longer rights the law gives them (in the EU, at least 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase). [FUSE to confirm the return period: Programme settings → Return periods → Own equipment.]

FUSE decides returns. If a shipped item comes back, FUSE gives you return instructions and confirms what was received before refunding. Returned items are not put back on sale automatically.

9. When and how you are paid

  • FUSE pays you after the buyer confirms delivery or collection, the return period has ended without a return, and FUSE's accounting checks are complete. Paying out earlier is never owed.
  • FUSE transfers your purchase amount to your Stripe balance. Stripe then pays it into your bank on your Stripe payout schedule. A transfer to your Stripe balance is not yet money in your bank; you can follow bank payouts in your equipment workspace.
  • Several sales can arrive in one bank payout. Amounts are in euro. FUSE does not hold money for you beyond what these terms require.

10. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

  • If a buyer is refunded after FUSE has paid you (for example an approved return, an item not as described or an order you cancelled), FUSE reverses the transfer to your Stripe balance before refunding the buyer.
  • If a buyer disputes the payment with their bank, your payment is held, or reversed if already sent, until the dispute is resolved. Help FUSE with evidence: photos, tracking, messages. If FUSE wins, payment resumes once finance has reconciled the dispute.
  • If a reversal cannot be recovered from your Stripe balance, you owe FUSE that amount and FUSE may set it off against later sales, as section 9 of the Programme Terms explains. That section also describes the reserve FUSE may keep back for guarantee claims.

11. Pausing and closing

You can stop selling at any time. Your store closes once open orders, return periods, refunds, disputes, payouts and, for business sellers, the legal guarantee period on equipment you sold have cleared. FUSE may remove a listing, pause your store or end your selling access only for the reasons in section 17 of the Programme Terms (for example prohibited items or false ownership or condition details), and tells you why. Money already owed to you for completed sales is still paid under section 9 of this schedule, less any amount you owe under its section 10. Your Stripe account stays yours; close it with Stripe.

12. Contact and law

Questions about these terms: info [at] yotltd [dot] com. Sections 18 (complaints), 19 and 20 (responsibility for losses and claims by others) and 26 (law and courts) of the Programme Terms apply to this schedule.
