Three balances, three different purposes

Helpful Points (HP) recognise an approved contribution and determine your Igniter level. HP have no cash value. They cannot be spent at checkout or exchanged for shopping points.

Shopping points are a separate reward. The programme conversion is 100 shopping points to €1 of FUSE credit. Redemption requires available points, an eligible order and an enabled checkout feature. The amount your order can use is shown at checkout; a balance does not guarantee that the whole amount can be redeemed on every basket.

Cash is a third, separate balance. A mission only offers cash when its published brief explicitly includes a funded cash reward. HP-only missions do not become cash rewards when your level increases.

Read the state, not just the number

An available balance is different from a pending reward. Pending rewards still need the required checks or clearing steps and are not ready to spend or withdraw. An adjustment can reduce a reward when an associated transaction is reversed.

Always use your account wallet and the current mission brief as the source of truth. A completed academy lesson records learning progress in this browser only. It does not add HP, shopping points or cash to your account.

Your level is not your subscription

Igniter levels progress from Spark to Pro, Max, Ultra and Blaze as approved HP increase. Paid FUSE membership plans are managed separately. A similarly named membership does not purchase an Igniter level, and an Igniter level does not activate a paid subscription.

Igniter membership is free. Do not subscribe expecting automatic Igniter cashback, extra points or a council seat. Paid trade plans have separate business eligibility and current benefits shown in the membership offer and your account.
