The 3M Privacy Filter keeps confidential information private. Only persons directly in front of the monitor can see the image on screen; others on either side of them see a darkened screen. It provides the most effective privacy, ideal in high traffic areas. The filter reduces blue light transmission from the display. It is lightweight, thin, frameless design. Users can see clearly while onlookers see a darkened screen. The filter utilizes a proprietary micro-louver technology to create a narrow viewing angle. It is designed to fit widescreen desktop LCD monitors with a diagonally measured 14" viewable screen and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Actual filter dimensions are 309 mm wide x 174 mm high.
