It is designed for multi-vendor environments (MF) within Western Europe (WE) and specifically for Education and Government (EDGOV) sectors, covering multi-function devices (MFD). Proactive Care offers enhanced support, including proactive monitoring, firmware and software updates, and personalized technical support to help maintain optimal performance and availability of covered IT infrastructure.
