3. They ask a real question about a product.
4. Your turn. Send the question.
5. I answer from your listing and the FUSE catalogue, in the context of your store.
6. Where you've already answered a similar question, I show your Igniter answer too.
7. Anything I can't answer from the listing is saved as a question for you, in your Inbox.
8. And you can ask me too, on any FUSE page, when you need help choosing products for your store.
